Project: General Construction —
3 years ago we were looking to get our kitchen remodeled when a friend referred Greg to us. We had 6 different companies come in and give us bids. Greg was one of them. He had a great price and when the work was done, we were thrilled. In 2010 we started to get bids on a tear off addition. We called Greg and he gave us a great price and we knew his work quality. In March 2011 we signed a contact to have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms added upstairs. The architect was great as was the permit expediter. In June 2011 work began on our house. They tore off the roof and raised it. We had to have stairs moved, walls torn down and a bunch of work done. Greg, the roughing crew(Steve and the guys), electricians (Greg and Greg), finishing guys, tile guy (Vasili is a genius and true artist). All of them did an incredible and mazing job with our house. They exceeded my expectations. We were told 3 months for completion and in 3 months we were back in our house. We had doubled our square footage and essentially we now have a new house. Greg always answered his phone, email and texts to which there were a lot of. Greg never got upset, impatient or angry. He was very accommodating. Everyone who works with Greg does an incredible job. They show up 6 days a week. Work hard. They clean up all their debris. My neighbors never once complained. We sit in awe of our house and still cannot believe it is ours and all the space we now have.

Project: Build an Addition — From start to finish Greg has performed in a professional manner. I just found out that he is a carpenter by trade. His crews shows up on time and does what is asked of by Greg as well as myself. At sometime during this project I had at least 10 people at my house at once but all of them are doing their own job and working well together. Greg as well as his crew are very professional and respects your property. I would highly recommend Best Quality Builders. Project: Build an Addition — We knew we had a complicated project in adding a second floor bedroom over an existing breakfast room in an 80 year old house. Other contractors offered expensive solutions that included tearing off the recently renovated breakfast room. BQB was able to do exactly what we wanted and made it feel easy. The pricing was very competitive, and the work crews really attacked the job.  The bedroom, new siding and windows, a new deck and a rebuilt mudroom turned out great. Project: Build an Addition — Wow. I had several quotes from many different contractors. Not only did BQB have the best price but they had the best solutions for how I wanted it. Everyone else either didn't have the knowledge or were trying to cut corners to make their job easier. Even though it seems he's a one man band he has a huge crew that comes in and does a super clean professional job. I was shocked when I came home from work how awesome it looked. There were some minor things that I think could've been done slightly differently but it was my fault for not being home to change it. The crew just did what they thought best.
